A key highlight of the photographic industry year is the WA Photographic Salon, a 100 print exhibition from a diverse range of photographic genres and subject, showcasing the very best of Western Australian Photography.

The goal is to provide an opportunity for a diverse range of photographic genres to be represented. Highlights of the event include a brief mentoring session with an experienced photographer at the time of submission and an opening night where the community come together to celebrate and socialize.
Background
The WA Photographic Salon is brought to you by a committee of passionate photographers representing many facets of the strong photographic community we have here in WA. Committee members from West Australian Photographic Federation (WAPF), members of the professional photographers community, and education leaders are committed to bringing you an epic event that exceeds last year. The WA Photographic Salon is to be underwritten by the WAPF and will be open to all photographers based in WA including professionals, amateurs, students, and the general public.
